Listen to the conversation with Edge and start exploring the slums. This will bring you to the market after a while. It's a good idea to explore this area, or rather, one of the side alleys on the right that will bring you the SAT Patch.
After you collect the patch, turn to face the exit gate from the market. Press and hold the hover key/button and use the Spammer (left mouse button) that you received in the previous episode to unlock further passage.
Go to the wall opposite the gate that you just opened, where you will notice the first of the scaramechs. In the game, these parasites are treated as collectibles because there are always a certain number of them in each episode (there are 10 in this episode). Start the aiming system again and start using the Spammer to launch projectiles at the parasite. Soon the parasite will die, and you will receive 200 experience points.

You can now resume exploring the slums. Look at the screen you're passing and climb the stairs to meet another group of jumpers. Immediately after you start the battle, the game unlocks the third combo of six moves. Interestingly, completing all six moves appropriately earns you 20 experience points. You don't need to define this new combo yet. This is especially true if you don't have enough moves to assign. You can deal with Leapers using your current combos.
After you win the battle, focus on finding the collectibles that you saw on the screen. Check the area to the right of the stairs. In place, there is another SAT patch. Go back to your main route now and use the Spammer to open the door.
Continue through the narrow alleys. Stop as soon as you notice a large puddle of discharges in front of you. Enter the aiming mode and use the spammer by aiming at the switch you see in the distance that opens the door.
